What Our Customers Say About Snowman Snowplows
(operators using only a power angle back plow Model 65/75LDA)
"I purchased a Snowman Model 75 LDA (power angle pull plow) in February of 2000 and mounted it into the existing receiver hitch on my Ford 250 4x4. I use only my Snowman power angle plow to clear a clean path to the end of my ¼ mile uphill drive. I can back up to buildings and pull the snow away, and the spring down pressure works great! This is the 3rd season that I have used my Snowman plow and I am very satisfied with both quality and performance."

(Near the northern border of Wisconsin. Average snowfall 150+ inches per season.)
"I am the owner of a 40 lot RV and mobile home park. All of the snow removal for the past two seasons has been done with a Snowman 7½´ power angle receiver hitch snowplow. I am able to clean all entrances, exits, drives and streets with the Snowman plow, no front plow, and from the comfort of my Tundra. Initially I had the plow mounted on a Toyota 4 runner. This past season I purchased a Toyota Tundra and was able to simply transfer the plow to the reciver hitch of the Tundra without the need to add a new and costly mounting system. We had record snowfall this past December, one storm of 14", and I used the Snowman plow exclusively with no need for a front plow. I am ecstatic over the easy on/off hookup to my vehicle's existing receiver hitch and the fact that the vehicle's clean appearance is maintained - no unsightly mounting brackets. The Snowman plow does everything I need and then some!"

"I live in the Colorado Rocky Mountains at an elevation of 15,000 feet. This past winter I purchased a Snowman 7½´ power angle snowplow that mounts to the receiver hitch of my 2001 Ford Excursion. We had 75.25 inches of snow recorded from November to March. I used the Snowman plow all winter to clear my ¼ mile drive and occasionally also did the snow removal for a local housing association. The Snowman plow worked exceptionally well, and at no time did I require the use of a front plow."

"The City of Philadelphia owns a large fleet of SUV's and downsize vehicles. With a goal of utilizing these vehicles to a greater extent, we purchased three Snowman power angle receiver hitch snowplows in the fall of 2000 to test on city streets. The plows were used in storms of 8-12" during the winter of 2000-2001. One driver cleared 75 miles of city streets in a single storm, using a Snowman 65 LDA reciver hitch mounted snowplow. The plows were even used to clean the entrances and exits of Veteran's Stadium during the Philadelphia Eagles play-off game and worked great. One of our drivers commented on the dramatic increase in visibility when using the Snowman pull plow. He no longer had snow blowing back into his windshield that results when using a front plow. We are extremely satisfied with the performance of the Snowman plow and recently purchased several more units in preparation for the 2001-2002 snow season."
